So, it’s
been a while (at least 6 weeks!) since we’ve updated the blog.  Which is a direct reflection of how busy life
has been here in Malmö in recent weeks.
Rather than a blow by blow account of where we’ve been spending our time
(which sounds more like a week by week update of life as it happens for Barb
and Steve, which, truth be known, could  make for some exciting reading), here’s a few
photos for you to enjoy and catch a glimpse of where we’ve been and who we’ve
met!

This actually goes back to Orthodox Christmas, 7 January 2019, but the colors reflect the colorful nature of life as we know it here in Malmö

Gifted by a friend with this beautiful dress....color, again, enters our lives!

Workshop in Lund.  Rhonda, my missionary colleague, also came.  We learned about job opportunities for asylum seekers.

Program for the day....how good is your Swedish??

Even the paper disposable cups are pretty!

Birthday fika ~ yummy!!

Got a 2nd chance to wear the fun birthday candle glasses!

Never been a big fan of the color pink...

But pink was my new favorite color when spring burst out in Sweden these past weeks!

Skåne rapseed oil fields ~ will never tire of all this beautiful yellow, especially against a sky that was threatening rain!

And now for some Covenant history fun....P.P. Waldenström on display at another Equmeniakyrka in Malmö!

Even more Covenant history fun...Steve sitting in one of P.P. Waldenström's living room chairs ~ go figure!

Serve Globally missionary staff meeting in Berlin...just in case you ever wondered if we did anything besides eat birthday cake and take pictures of pretty spring flowers!

Both Steve and Texas had birthdays last Sunday ~ can't tell who's more excited!

And here's one of Kent....just because....well, he's Kent!
Truly, it's been a busy season....of life, of birthdays, of friendship and great meetings with colleagues.
Feeling incredibly blessed.
Enough rambling!
